My car is used as leverage due to unprocessed claim | No response to emails

It was sometime in August 22/22. The repairer was given a go ahead to work on the car at the authorized amount. The repairs were completed the repairer has been sending the invoices numerous times but there are not responses. My car is used as a leverage at this point. I have not been without a car for almost two months now! It has been stated that the company is being liquidated but what about the approved claims. The bill is too high for me pay, I'm earning way less. It is not known as when my car will be released because Constantia Insurance Company Limited is not responding to its emails! Urgently attend to this matter. Let the repair knows when the payment will be made, so that they can release my vehicle. Just respond to your emails!
