Life Policy Cancellation-Poor Service&Feedback received
My fathers life policy was cancelled by Prime Meridian and no one could give us proper feedback regarding the way forward or if the policy could be transferred. No payment was ever missed. Numerous phone calls were and emails sent and we were sent in circles regarding why the policy is being cancelled by Prime Meridian
