Life Growth Cover Cancellation

My father had been paying his premiums monthly since 2015 for Life Growth Cover, he received an SMS in late February stating that the cover was cancelled with absolutely no alternative. My father passed away on the 4th June. According to the judgement ruling, Constantia were supposed to contact all policy holders to give them the option to pay outstanding premiums and if required to make a claim. There has been no communication as of today. I need an urgent reply to this as my mother ( the beneficiary) has been left with no financial security thanks to Constantia Insurance company
