laps of policy
I have had a policy with them for nearly 4 yrs and have received a sms that the policy will laps as from 1/4/2020. I 0was assured that someone will call me and explain but I have received no call. My premiums are fully paid for and I have phoned them for an explanation but all I get is "someone will call u "
