Insurance payments that I lost

I took a funeral policy with PMD for my brother and i paid for over 2 years. After that, they told me that they won't deduct again so I lost my money and no reasons were given to me. I was not in areas and I've never skipped even one month. I want the contributions I made to them with interest. I have sent emails to Linda as he is the one who was communicating with me but they ignored them. I really need help. Thanks
