Insurance Company not willing to help
I am very unhappy with my car insurance claim , all of sudden I have a deduction for high kilometer on my settlement amount. after a week I am unable to get any feedback from their representatives about where in my policy it states I will be penalized on a payout amount if my car is written off and it has high kilometers. They just advise I can go to the OMBUD's Man if I am unhappy. No body is willing to explain to me how they reached a 13% deduction calculation.
