I have a claim pending with Constantia since 2019 ,that was taken to the ombudsman after they repudiated my claim
I have a claim pending with Constantia since 2019 ,that was taken to the ombudsman after they repudiated my claim . Could someone please reply to my email so we could settle this once and for all as this settlement is long overdue .

I wrote a review in Oct where Constantia repudiated my claim September 2019 , I took the matter to OSTI(Ombudsman for short term insurance ) Where I won the case in April 2020 this year BUT they( Constantia)never followed the OSTI ruling the matter was escalated with in the OSTI, Constantia said they will settle the claim I have been waiting since than called QuanitaP,sent all relevant documents but they just don't budge:
