HORRIBLE HORRIBLE INSURER
I’ve never had such a bad experience with an insurer. When I had to claim for my ****** phone I was all of a sudden UNDERINSURED which BLOWS my mind. Now because the “value of phone has increased” I have to pay the difference. I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THE INCREASE AND THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCREASE OR DECREASE IN THE PRICE WHICH IS ABSOLUTE *******. I would NEVER recommend this insurer to ANYONE. EVER.
