Funeral policy *******
I took a funeral cover with them about 7 years ago and this year in April they stopped deducting premiums when I called them they told me that all the policies were cancelled and it is not their company that deals with that. They gave me a number to call which takes me straight to a full answering machine. I am dissappinted that after all those premiums mow they just l8ve us hanging like that.
