False Report of Claim assesment and assumptions

I am extreamly angry and appalled at the decision taken by the insurance based on assumptions and false report from the claim examiner. The claim examiner interviewed myself and i told him exactly what was bought and that i drank cool drinks but no alcohol but he kept on insisting i had some and wanting me to confess and i told him to stop pestering me with such questions. even the interviews he had with the parties involved didnt indicate any form of me drinking. Now i see even the assumption that the hennessey has so much alcohol and that i drank it and was then intoxicated. This is very low level of trying to shift the responsibility to the insured.
