Dissatisfied customer : Policy taken out in 2016. Prime Living Cover Grow Policy. We have also been taken for a ride by PMD and Constantia. The policy is now being cancelled with no clear reasoning and with no refund. Getting alternative cover at this current time is out due to my parents ages. Thanks to these ************ people, my parents have nothing to fall back / rely on. A lot of money must have been made by this company. Just one policy for 5 years adds up to a lot , and multiply that with the thousands of clients and you will get to a hefty amount. This is ****************, nothing more that a bunch of charlatans. PMD is of no help as they advise that they did not underwrite the policy and cannot assist further. Strangely enough the policy was marketed by PMD and was sold on PMD's reputation.
