displeased client

hi i have a machenical warranty with insure africa, for my vehicle since i bought this vehicle from the dealer, however as the time wentby i was told some company that was responsible for this policy was liquidated by the name of constentia, then i was given an alternative with GENRIC but immediately after the inception of that new policy my car broke down, then i placed a claim with the company and i was sent from pillar to post until i had to go to the service provider to collect my car without being fixed, and all this happened after i had communicated with the company before i took my car to the service provider, firstly i was denied towing with unclear reasons, on top of all this i was paying double premiums for this same policy, because the initial policy that went along with my monthly instalment was still being deducted even after the liquidation of the initial company(constantia) and i had to also pay other premiums with the new company that i was given by insure africa, i think i was taken for a ride by this people.
