Disgusting,disappointed and ********* business motives,

This group is *********, untrusted and now that I have a problem I have become aware and of there ways and is confirmed by many others now that I have done some research . Quick to take debits out your account but absolutely get noting in return. I should have done better research before using them and now am stuck in a situation. Was involved in a motor vehicle accident in December 2018 and has been a nightmare since day 1. Took 3 months of waiting to eventually get a rejection letter stating the refused the claim as I “**** “ about the location of the accident and time. What a pathetic excuse. They will try anything to not pay. I allocated a lawyer on the case to challenge the basis of there rejection letter. Numerous evidence was supp**** 1. Photo evidence of the scene clearing showing broad daylight and very wet conditions 2. Police report with location and time matching mine 3. Towing receipts that confirmed my date, time and location stated 4. Phone recoding to my brokers emergency hotline where towing service was dispatched to location I stated and matches my timeline. My lawyer was promised a response on 24 April before close of business and we still waiting and beeing ignored. Worst service ever. An investigation was launched on the accident 3months after the accident and investigator claimed location can’t be confirmed, well what do you expect if it’s only done so long after the time. Furthermore I highly doubt the legitimacy of the investigation company that was used as absolutely no information can be found about the company and the fact that he used a gmail account for his business is very unprofessional and brings uncer*****y to the business. I believe they are now playing a time wasting game and I have heard founds are a problem in the company. Their reason for rejecting is ludicrous. They claim it only happened later that evening at a unconfirmed location. I must have super powers if I can take photos of damages, call for towing assistance and make a police accident report with the exact damages all 12 hours before it happened according to them. Completely disgusted. If you looking at insuring with them or are already I advise you change immediately
