disappointing and never available service

how then is it important to have insurance if when you need to make a claim you find their line unavailable the whole day? i have been trying to call to submit a claim but i am not transferred directly to the claims department, instead i am given a *** number that has been unavailable the whole day.

this is unprofessional and raises a lot of question about the integrity of the organisation.
