did Prime Meridian Direct prepare for Covid-19 and cancelled therefore my Life Insurance

Prime Meridian Direct cancelled my PRIME LIVING CoverGrow policy on the 25-02-2020 with effect dated 31-03-2020. I never missed a payment since the start of the policy 3 month short to 5 years. What regulatory changes could that have been, no further information and details where given to me from the broker Prime Meridian Direct. What did they know already end of February, did they prepare then for Covid-19. I am 67 years of age and because of the age a higher risk factor in covid-19. does this allow them to cancel my insurance.
