Cover Grow and False Marketing form PMD and Constantia Group

This insurance company and its underwriter which is Constantia have now cancelled all Cover Grow Life policies because of a mistake on their side. They are a short term insurer that was providing Long term insurance. This is completely against the rules and insurance laws. How can such a company and the Underwriter miss this being in this Industry. Its like saying i have a car but its a house and its for sale. There is a reason that the company has a Compliance Officer. Its fine that it has been picked up now but what happens to all my premiums paid for nearly 3 years.

Also they do not have an alternative to provide. I will be taking it up with the Ombudsmen for long term insurance as false marketing. Im also prepared to fight it for the next couple of years. This type of business should be fines and the compliance officer should be fired!

As soon as the policy is cancelled, then i will file the complaint and take it up further.
