Constantia / Ombudsman
I made a claim in December 2019 with Constantia , my boundary wall came down with the heavy rain, constantia declined my claim as they said it was a retaining wall and they dont cover retaining walls... My BOUNDARY wall was built on boundary wall specs before i bought the house and didnt give any problems for the last 30 years. Can i have my boundary wall claim sorted within the year? I went to Ombudsman and between the two companies 8 months has gone by with my boundary wall still down
