Constantia is not an insurance company u can rely on

I am writing this email with regards to the poor service from Wonderboom panel beaters given authorization to work on my car by Constantia insurance

i have been paying my insurance premiums every month on time that’s how much I love my car hoping my car will get best care in a situation like this

1)Tyre

The tyre fitted/replaced is a different brand from the one the car had thats negligence wheel alignment can never go right with different brands on the front. caps that covers nuts of the wheel -some are broken and one is missing, finishing on the repaired mag is very poor/totally out 2- wheel arch cover is a bit torn *****s are missing and the is a small lid that Gives access to the fog light the lid is also missing

3-the bumper on the drivers side shows they where using force and some ***** tools trying to fit it so that it can align with the fender it has visible marks and it shows it was repainted to cover up the mess/damaged that was done

the gap left between the fender and the bumper is big

WONDERBOOM manager/person who was responsible for the repairs claims the car fender was was fixed before that’s y they couldn’t fix it right of which is not true even if they had fixed it it means it was done properly by professionals since there was no mistake on the car before the accident and the paint finishing is not smooth bottom right/ drivers side

4-globe

on the drivers side headlamp is broken Friday when the car was handed over to me both lights were on, later on when I was driving one light right/ drivers side just went off? When I checked the globe was loose inside it was not not fitted back properly to its position

I assume whoever opened it to check the sample of the globe didn’t fit it back properly and there are small paint spots on the right headlamp

5-fender

There are small bubbles on the replaced passenger side fender All this done by people who claim to be professional I just wish the insurer had given me a chance to choose where they can give best care to my car

The accident date 19/March/19 to this date I’ve Got no car Constantia took my car to some backyard repairer wonderboom panel beaters in order to save cost
