Constantia Insurance: Dissatisfied with Claim Handling

I submitted my claim for a write-off car on July 23, 2022, and it has been almost one year since then.

I understand that the liquidation process can take some time, but I am concerned about the lack of communication from Constantia Insurance. I have not received any updates on the status of my claim, and I am not sure what factors are still delaying payment.

I am disappointed with the way that Constantia Insurance has handled my claim. I believe that they could be doing more to communicate with me and to keep me updated on the status of my claim.
