Constantia Insurance Company Limited A **** OF A COMPANY.
My mother had a life policy with Constantia Insurance Company Limited her policy number is LG*** . She received the below message " Due to regulatory changes Constantia Insurance Company Limited needs to discontinue & cancel your (Living Legacy/Cover Grow) policy with effect from 31/03/20. Please do not be alarmed, we will call you over the next few days to explain everything.". Up until this day they have not made contact or anything of that sort to try and explain further. WHen i tried calling them today. I could not reach the person that the call center said could help me. I am disappointed and disgusted with the service of this company, they take advantage of South African citizens. They are a **** of a company.
Well as a family we will not take this laying down. fortunately m sister is a lawyer, if we are not assisted urgently we shall meet in court. In the mean time i will make sure the rest of South Africa knows about this **** of a company and im busy lodging a case with the regulatory body.
