Good day I too like many others have been taken for a ride by this company. I have been paying for the Prime cover grow policy for both my parents for the last 5 years . Received an sms towards end of February 2020 stating that the policy shall be canceled at end of March 2020. Sent an email to the address on the sms and received a call from a center agent who took down my questions over the telephone ( I had asked my questions In the contact mail in the first place ). I have received no feedback from them so far. Surprised to see so many affected people. I will be willing to join a class action suit. You may contact me at ***. Many Thanks.
