Constania Group Hiding Behind Email only system

Been trying for 2 years to register a claim and trying to find proper information. On the claim document it said to use the iAfrica portal and nowhere on the document is there a link to iAfrica claim. All of the information on the document point to Constantia Group links. Unfortunately Constantia Group has no contact number and hiding behind email only system.
