class action against constantia insurance

Hi All I have also been ****ed by this unetical company called constantia insurance. Reading the complaints I get the impression that the policies about to be cancelled seem to be that of senior citizens. It would also be interesting to know if constantia are cancelling all their life insurances or only the primegrow policies as I see no complaints from other policy holders. I refered the matter to the Long Term Insurance Ombutsman who refered my quiery to the Short Term Insurance Ombudsman as according to them Constantia is a short term insurer. I have had no further communication from the short term ombudsman. The matter was also referred to the fsca but they did not even bother to acknowledge receipt. At this stage it appears as if we are on our own as these watchdogs are going to turn a blind eye on the consumer in favour of their buddies in the industry. Therefor I would like to suggest a class action against contantia if they repudiate our policies.
