claim

I have app**** for an insurance claim in this company on 19 August 2022, I have been calling and sending emails with no reply.. every time they get to answer from their call center they promise to get back to me.. I feel so disappointed of their level of professionalism and lack of urgency when dealing with my claim.. What more can I do for them to realize that my life is on hold till they deal with my claim. last time i phoned they say my claim was approved on the 6th september now its 07 september still no movement but im still paying MY Ref no: 42154
