Car insurance company complain

I have been with Constantia/ St Paul since 2019. I was involved in an accident 10 April 2021. I then called call centre for towing assistance as I was women alone, shocked in a dark area. Then i submitted all documents for the claim. Then I got a call from a investigator who wanted me to take him to the accident scene. We went to the area of accident as it was at night and it was dark i could not pin point the exact place. So know its been 6 weeks without a car they don't help me with anything. I even wrote a letter of complain to them but still nothing its happening please help me .
