Cancellation of Living Legacy, Living Cover Grow policies insured by Constantia and marketed by Prime Meridian Direct (PMD)
Constantia cancelled 5500 policies, which comprised of Living Legacy and Living Cover Grow at the end of February 2020. This gave us policy holders 30 days cancellation notice via SMS, to be cancelled by the 31st of March 2020. Nearly 200 policy holders united in obtaining a judgement declaring the above ********. It was a David & Goliath landmark judgement. To all other policy holders of the above, please contact me via WhatsApp or SMS on ***. Please also notify any other policy holders of the above that this message has not reached.
