3rd Party Claim

I was involved in an accident on the 1st of Feb 2019 with their client (Toyota Quantum).

They said I must submit my statement, affidavit stating that I'm not claiming from my insurance, the sketch and my ID + license. I did that. Days later they declined my 3rd Party claim saying I caused the accident.

Here is what happened:- Was traveling on Krugerrand street and waiting to turn right to Ruppee Rif road. However, there was traffic on my opposite car and their red-light was red, of which that's why they were standstill. Then the driver of the bus of whom was stationary allowed me to cross and join Ruppee Rif. Out of nowhere the taxi came at a very high speed and collided with my car and damage both my left doors. Hit my car right in the middle. Side curtain airbag and a left seat airbag was deployed!

The taxi driver **** to them and said he was traveling on the far left lane and he had the right of the way, of which is untrue. Krugerrand Grove is a single lane from their direction up until the intersection where it is joined by Ruppee Rif road and thereafter its become 3 lanes, one to turn left, to go straight and the other to turn right.

The taxi driver was reckless and drove like a maniac and didn't obey the rules of the road. He drove on the yellow lane at a very high speed just to pass other cars who were waiting patiently for a robot to open, just because he knew there are open lanes ahead and not taking into consideration the road design and caring for other road users.

They declined my claim without even sending someone to gi an investigate the road design. At a peak hour their client was in a rush to go offload and come back again for another load as it was after 16H00.

Continue to promote this taxi drivers to **** us on roads. One day it will be you or your beloved relatives and you'll realize on that how this guys drive on our roads and how reckless they are!
