Horrible after-sales service

I’m had an unfortunate experience with Chris at Constantia Car Wash 

Yesterday I took my vehicle to them to be washed, Chris convinced me that my vehicle needs a mini valet (for R300), which I agreed to.

I collected the vehicle and noticed that my radio speakers weren’t working anymore. I immediately phoned Chris to query this with him and he advised that I should wait until the morning as the car is still drying. The next morning however, my speakers were still not working.

My husband contacted Chris to discuss the problem with him to which he rep**** that it’s not his problem, he doesn’t take responsibility for it and that because we’re “white” we think we can tell him what to do?!

This is totally unacceptable!
