Disgustingly rude agent!

For people who work in the industry of helping other people find jobs, there is NO need for staff who don't know how to be sympathetic towards other human beings! Laura is a disgustingly rude agent, so is the payroll lady (I didn't get her name)! I would like to speak to the owner directly to inform him about the caliber of staff he has employed for his/her company!!!
