I vacated the premises 3 months ago and my deposit hasn't been refunded. Whenever i email Prince Gumure or Bonny Kalabatane my emails are ignored. I just called them and not one of them apologized for the delay nor gave me a reason for the delay. Do not get me started on them breaching Rental Housing Act No.50 of 1999 that states: "The deposit must be invested by the landlord in an interest-bearing account with a financial institution, and the landlord is subject to pay the tenant interest at the rate applicable to such account." So not only have i not received the deposit, they didn't invest it in an interest bearing account.
