Withdrawal overdue

Submitted all withdrawal documentation 12 December 2025. Been in contact with numerous agents, processing 6-8 weeks, week 9 and still no payment. Agents lying said payment was finalized 4 March. Nothing in my account 😡Why must I wait so long for my money.
