Poor service

Good day

I'm a very disappointed with the way Stellenbosch municipality HR department and CRf funeral claim are handling my Mother's claim.She passed away on the 26th of December 2024 until today they haven't pay the funeral claim.. I've have been sending the emails,made numerous calls I don't know what's the delay..this is so frustrating I don't know how many times I went to Stellenbosch municipality HR offices😭😭😭
