Horrible service

The Worst administration ever,

For over three months I’ve been trying to get assistance regarding my ipr5 with them and till this date I’ve been sent from pillar to post. When you call the I am being transferred to another call center agent who still cannot answer my questions and at the end I’m told they will forward my query to some “god” who no one can speak to directly. Everytime I am told to just an email and wait fir a response, last time I got some sort of a response from then was a month ago and from that date I am not getting anything.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to join this fund because at the end, when you want answers there is no one to answer. A whole three months of just dealing with call center agents who do not respond to queries and when they do, they do not have the capacity to assist.
