CRF IS A ****M

I do not wish to give CRF a star such poor and pathetic treament. App**** for two pot on the 11 on September via email, only to be told they "prioritize" those tht app**** on the app. Went and app**** on the app thez no progress aswell im only told thez something "im not doing right" which they never tell me what tht is. You will call and hold almost an hour only for the line to be dropped, no anwers via whtsapp, facebook and email. Its unprofessional the treatment we are getting from CRF, now they are demanding R500 inorder to put ur application through. Why?
