CRF BAD FUND AND NO COMMUNICATION

Good day im logging a complaint with regards to the pension fund CRF i submited my application on the 2nd September and have not received any payout as yet we were promised a waiting period of 6-8weeks and today we still waiting they not answering any emails calls whatsapp or instagram no communication is provided to us as clients i feel that we need to get some type of communication as this is our money and we have the right to get from our money as we pay this fund every month. the service is veryy bad we as staff and workers are queing infront of the building where only a certain amount of ppl per day is allowed why do we have to go to the company and spend our money if only they can actually communicate and answer their telephone line and social media pages very frustrated client.
