CRF - 2 POT SYSTEM

They have the worst administration, they were not ready for the "2 Pot" system withdrawal and now the members are suffering. They promised a 6 - 8 week waiting period upon submission of documents, but now each time you contact them they keep changing their time frames, thats if you are lucky that your phone was answered. What makes matters worse is that there is no communication, especially if your documents were submitted via email. The customer service consultants are not professional and everyone tells you a different story. So pathetic!! Its a pity that one cant change Pension Funds, I really hope that this can be changed in the future.
