Bad customers service I ever received

You only getting an automated response my query after a month is still not attended to. I called million times you hold for more than an hour and then the phone cuts. What should we do to be in touch with your people. I lost track of how many emails I sent and the attempts to call with no luck. Automated response always saying “ Please note that we are experiencing high volumes of calls, emails and Whatsapp Queries” and that is it!!!!!
