Unfair labour practice

This is for future foreman that want to work at the company. The owner seems nice at first, when things go wrong due to lack of project management all is blamed on you. I worked there for 3 weeks trying to do damage control and get things in order when I heard the boss wants me gone. Reason Im not sure. After a month I was given my contract to sign. 2 days after I signed it they gave me hour notice. Read your contract or even better take it to labour lawyer to see if it legit. This is not to bad mouth the company this is to protect you and your future. Take care
