Nicky Greyling - the owner??? Of Consolidate Cnbuild booked an air b&b through an agent. Aside from going to the incorrect address (pin as well as agents directions given) initially wanted to check in at 5am. Normal time 2pm. We agreed on 8am. I canceled my arrangements in order to accommodate. EVENTUALLY she arrived at 1 20pm. Walked in - took the house master key and remote. Apparently choosing to stay elsewhere. Gave myself, the agent and the booking portal the run around for hours, refusing to answer calls or reply to both sms and wotsapp messages. Eventually we tracked her down- the security company had to retrieve my keys. Just been handed them back at 10.36pm Who knows why she held the keys? To gain access to an upmarket unit?? IS THIS THE TYPE OF PERSON ONE SHOULD TRUST?
