WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT...

Took my car in on 11/01/2021, it has a water leak, they only started working on my car on the 13/01/2021 thats 2 days after I left the car in. Cindy Engelbrecht, was the service advisor, she doesn't call back and didn't keep me posted on my vehicle progress, she is also extremely rude. My car has been with Ford Consolidate for 7 days now and the problem is still not fixed, so I spoke to their service manager Buks Koekemoer, who really should not be working with customers, I told him what the problem was as that they had also done something to the car because the breaks are now stuck and the traction light is on, he told me to take my car somewhere else and also verbally assaulted me. I am extremely disheartened about this incident and know I would not be purchasing another Ford in my life time, I have 3 Ford vehicles so I would say I was a loyal Ford customer till this point.
