non existant service

My ford Ranger were send in for exesive smoking with only 16000 km on the clock and 11months old on the 10th of Feb. As this is a vehicle that we service customers with and has a huge workload, we explained to the service department (Cindy) if they can handle this as preority. The 13th the vehicle were took for a 17km test drive. Without any comunication from them , we phone on the 14th to find out what is wrong. Cindy just reply they have to do more tests. According to the tracking in the vehicle it was worked on on the 16th again. With no response from them we phone again on the 17th just to find out they think they have to change the engin but they will confirm. The 20th they confirm they have autherisation to replace the engin under gaurentee. They remove the engin on the21st with the estimate that we will receive the vehicle back by the 27th. Needless to say, we phoned on the 27th to find out how far the vehicle is just to be informed that the did removed the engin. As this is not exeptable i spoke with the workshop foreman which also cant give me an answer as when i can get the vehicle. he said he will arrange for a loan vehicle as this exercize cost me a lot on standing time and expenses on get a loan vehicle to keep my clients happy. Needless to say i still wait for the loan vehicle. On the 1st i send an email to the DP (Neil Boonsaaier) and explain my situation to him, but up to no no reply or phone call. For a company that has so much bad publicity the past months, it look like if this is the trend.

My previos sevice with them were not much better as they do unnecesary work and cost a lot of money. The vehicle went in for a noise at the front wheel. They notify me that the brake pads are depleted. the vehicle only have 16000 km on the clock. With there report it is not only the front brakes but the rear breaks as well.As i were not available to go and veryfy the claim i gave them the go ahead on a R10 000 repair on a new vehicle. when i receive the vehicle back with the old spares, i found the rear break shoes still hane at least 50% lining left and the right disck have no wear at all. They not only replace the rear shoes but also charged me for sceaming the drums. To me this is a money making game, or the service personal and foreman are incompatant.
