Consolidated auto bad service

I would not recommend that anyone buys a vehicle at Consolidated Auto Boksburg or any Ford for that matter. In 2019 i bought a brand new Ford Figo..... When i received my vehicle i had to phone the Sales Consultant numerous times the next week because it rained and my rear window wiper was not working. After numerous phonecalls my husband took the vehicle to them and it was fixed within 10min if it was that long......

My car went for the first service in July 2020 and i told the Service Department the morning when i booked my car in that my window on the driver's side is giving me problems, it will either not go up or it wont go down and then eventually it will move. Later that afternoon when i collected my vehicle i was told that they will order the part for the window but it will only be the following week because they dont order on Saturdays. All went well and the next week i received a phone call from Consolidated Auto just checking a few things that they can make sure they order the correct part. Since July up until today they will not phone me and give me feedback on where we stand to get this fixed me and my husband need to phone them and every time there is an excuse. On monday when we phoned my husband was told that they will go and check to see if the parts were delivered and that they will phone me back the next day (that would have been yesterday06/10/2020) so up until today no feedback and no one phoned me. They are quick to sell you a vehicle but a soon as there are any problems you dont get any feedback or assistance.

I will never buy Ford again.
