Bad service received Consolidated Auto Boksburg

I purchased a brand new Ford Fiesta 1.6TDCI October 2014 from Consolidated Auto Boksburg. The steering column started to make a clucking sound when turning the steering wheel. The 2 front wheels also makes a noise. I have reported this to the Service team at Consolidated Auto Boksburg, and they tried to fix both problems. When I got my car back, the noise was still there-both problems. I took the vehicle back for a 2nd time, and the Service advisors gave me a guarantee that both problems are fixed and even the Workshop Manager test drove the vehicle and cross checked the repairs so that my vehicle is now 100% fixed. Guess what?? Its not fixed! Both problems are still there. I went to see the New Car Sales Manager, Michael Cummings, who called in the Workshop Manager, Buks, who promised me that they will try again to fix the problems, and yet another \guarantee"that it will be sorted. I have now waited almost an entire day for a phone call from Buks / Michael who \""promised\"" that they will advise soonest that I bring my vehicle back"
