BAD SERVICE

We took our vehicle in to Consolidated Auto on the 14 th Nov 15 for a service. We were given a quote for a service, bushes, gearbox gaskets, brakes and discs. We gave them the go ahead, they had to order the spares. They said they can't find brakes in SA and that they will order them which can take up to a month. In the mean time we were told that they will carry on with the rest. We were contacted and informed that they are still working on the vehicle. On Friday 13th I contacted Francois to find out when the vehicle will be ready. He informed me that they were still awaiting the bushes. This was never mentioned to us since we were told that they are working on the vehicle. On Monday I phoned and was told that they received the bushes. Tuesday Francois phoned to say that the vehicle will be ready by Wed/Fri. Today Wed 18th 2 weeks later I phoned to enquire about the progress and was told that they are under pressure and that it is an enormous job and that they can't commit to a date. I was told by Francois that he doesn't have any courtesy vehicles available. I can't get answers. What are they hiding? Not even the service manager JP can give me answers. Really almost 3 weeks?
