BAD SERVICE

I have been waiting for3 weeks for my bakkie to get fixed. The vehicle is still under warranty and I expected that the bakkie will be fixed and delivered as arranged. Ford did not provide me with a alternative vehicle, and my plans have been on ice for more than half a month. Consolidated Auto now have excuses that they are unable to fill their promises and deliver my bakkie as arranged. I find it highly unprofessional that they make it my problem to arrange for my bakkie to get delivered. I pay Ford a lot of money every month for this vehicle plus for an extended warranty, and I expect that they keep to their promises and provide service!
