Rudeness and bad bad service

Never will they ever see us again, vehicle was in for a small ignition problem, which was only solved 7 days later, after I contacted Ford SA. Ford SA (Alex in Customer Care) was amazing and solved our vehicle issues within 6 hours. Vehicle up and running. A certain Mr JP Labuschagne (currently employed at Ford consolidated in Boksburg )is the rudest youngster I have ever had to deal with as a Business Owner. I was asked 2x days after I sent my vehicle in, to please come and fetch it and take it elsewhere. The Dealer Principal was quite helpful and friendly, but also could not produce any service, apparently always tied up in meetings and no time to check on my emails, nor my vehicle's progress. It took a call to Ford SA to sort out my issues. My business lost a crazy amount of income due to my vehicle being stranded for 7 days. It has now also come back with a new issue, but I am not going to take it back there, I will rather live with the issue and won't even raise it with them. Please do not take your vehicle there, you are in for a disappointment.
