I want my refund!!!

Getting a refund from these guys has been a nightmare. What is upsetting is that it was their fault. The sales lady swipped my card twice. I went there to inform them, I was told to wait 48 hours, 72 hours later I'm still given the run around!!! What does one have to do to get their refund!
