I don't even want to give them 1 x star. They don't even deserve 1 star. My car went their for a service, while it was there they lost my service book! So I had a full service history, but they lost my book. After fight and fighting over this, their answer was "sorry". Yes that right, "sorry" that's it! Pathetic, I phoned Ford SA, their answer was the same "Sorry" then they argued with me as to weather my car was there for a service, even thought they must their sticker in my car to tell me when to service it next. Absolutely pathetic 😒
