Consolidated Ford, shocking customer service

I went to Ford myself, booked my Bakkie 2 weeks ago for a service was told it would be the last service in the maintanace plan, took it in this morning and now suddenly the plan had expired on the 31st of March 2022, how convent for Ford, if I had known I would have it serviced before the 31st of March 2022, I am furious, livid, why when I took the bakkie in this am did they not tell me! Terrible customer service!! I am phoned and told I must pay for the service myself! Shocking
