Consolidated Ford Boksburg - Stay Away!!!

In short... My wife's car broke down and was send to Ford by Discovery Insured. They sent a SMS confirming the car has been booked in. The next day they sent a message to say she missed the booking. We stopped by the next day to follow up. We were told 3-5 days before they can get back to us, the car is in line. Yesterday 9 Feb my wife was told a manager by the name of Riaan will call her back before 14h00 Thursday 9 Feb. It is now Friday 10 Feb 10h00 and still no word from Ford. This is now the second incident we have with this very same dealer. 1st service my wife had to do on her car they didn't even book the vehicle for the day they said she must bring it in for service. Please, if you can, stay away from this Ford dealer. Consolidated Ford, Boksburg!!!
